Ordering and returning
Our products are available to buy using the Liisi instalment plan.
By placing an order and completing the payment the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the B Green online store.
Our online store can also be used without registering. We do recommend that you register to be able to track your orders. This also means you don't have to enter your details for any subsequent purchases.
Purchases from the online store will be delivered by the method chosen by the buyer to the address they supply. Bigriiner delivery is free within Estonia.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash when purchasing in person. An invoice will be issued after order confirmation in the "Shopping basket" and it will be sent to the email address noted in the order. Invoices can be opened in HTML or PDF formats. Registered users can view their previous orders under "My Account". Orders are dispatched after the invoice is settled. Products from our warehouse are dispatched after 1 working day from payment. Products can also be collected directly from our address at Meretähe 2, Muraste, 76905, Harku Parish, Harjumaa by previous agreement.
All products not marked "on order" in our online store are immediately available from our warehouse. The deposit for products on order is 20% of the product price, unless otherwise agreed. We will start to fill the order once the deposit has been received.
All goods from the online store can be returned within 14 days from delivery.
Delivery charges will not be refunded. The actual delivery costs will be withheld from the refund where these were calculated into the order price as "free delivery".
The buyer has a right to submit a claim to the seller within two years from the purchase date if they find a defect or a manufacturing fault in the product, provided the product has been used in the appropriate manner and maintained correctly. The responsibility for proving the cause of the fault lies with the seller during the first six months and with the buyer after these six months have passed. The seller should be contacted for a solution immediately and no longer than within 2 months of discovering a fault during the use of the product. The use of the product must cease immediately upon the discovery of a fault to avoid increasing the defect! The seller should be notified of any issue on firstname.lastname@example.org.
On agreement, the seller will repair the product free of charge, exchange it for a product of equal value or provide a refund that is transferred to the account used for the original payment within 30 days. This repayment period will start from the moment the buyer returns the unsuitable product with the original invoice and these have been received and checked by the seller.
Please ensure all parts are returned with the product!
The original packaging should be opened carefully without damaging it. The buyer is exempt from responsibility for damaged packaging only where it is impossible to open the packaging without breaking/damaging the packaging.
The seller retains the right to cancel the agreement and leave the order unfulfilled where the merchandise cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame for reasons independent of them. The seller ensures all the expenses incurred by the buyer (prepayment) are returned to the buyer.
